What is cold-pressed juice?

The hydraulic cold-pressed juicing is an extraction method that is scientifically proven to give us 5 times the amount of nutrition than of those produced by a standard centrifugal juicer. This method also allows us to preserve over double the amount of nutrition than a masticating juicer would.

What are the benefits?

The plant cells are pressed slowly and gently in order to extract as many vitamins, minerals and enzymes as possible with minimal oxidation and without altering, heating or destroying them in any way.

Our SUPERJUICE is produced only with local freshly produced ingredients to ensure the highest possible quality. As a result we are proud to serve you the cleanest, smoothest, freshest and most delicious juices you have ever sipped.

Do they contain sugar or fibre?

Yes our juices contain fibre. There are two types of nutritional fibre: one that dissolves in water called soluble and the insoluble fibre. During the cold pressing procedure the soluble fibre, also called prebiotics, will remain. The soluble fibre absorbs water and they form a jelly structure while bonding to certain nutrients like glucose or fructose. This helps to slow down the absorbsion and supports human digestion.

Are the juices pasteurized?

We neither pasteurize our juices nor we use the high-pressure process (HPP). That is why our juices have a fresher taste and contain more nutrients than common juices. Cold-Pressed Juices facilitate the way we nourish our body and also the way we consume our veggies and fruits on our daily basis.

What are the benefits of cold-pressed juice?

Drinking juice as a part of your diet can be beneficial in many ways. Very often people prefer not to consume their fruits and vegetables by eating the whole fruit, so they prefer to go with the juice option.

What is the difference between cold-pressed juice and standard centrifugal juice?

Cold-pressed juice:

Minimal heat is applied in the extraction process retaining valuable vitamins and enzymes.

With a crisp taste, cold-pressed juice wins most taste tests.

Nutrients are preserved for an extended period of time.

A juice press extracts 20-30% more juice from a fruit or a veg, creating less waste.

Centrifugal juice:

Centrifugal juice starts to separate within minutes after extraction.

Juice has a high amount of solid content, resulting in a thicker and inconsistent mouth-feel.
